If the return is due to our error, including wrong product delivery, damaged item, defective item, or incomplete order, bdSailor Ecommerce may bear the applicable return or replacement cost.

If the return request is not due to our error, return shipping or related charges may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to review and approval.
